Marina Patila

Marina was born in Athens, Greece in 1998. She graduated from the 4th Senior High School of Zografou in 2016 and continued her education immediately by enrolling in the Department of English Language and Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens [BA 2016-2020]. From 2022 onwards, she is studying European Law at the Hellenic Open University so as to receive her postgraduate degree in the respective field.

After her graduation, she collaborated with various translation agencies as a freelancer, with her fields of expertise being primarily law and medicine, until 2021.

Later that year, she started working at the Duty Free Shops, located at Athens International Airport as a Sales Associate, where she was first introduced to performing effectively under pressure and catering to customers’ individual needs and likings.

She joined the Employee Benefits Team at Comergon S.A. in September 2023 as an Associate and, by putting her previous experience to use, she is more than eager to deliver exceptional service and provide assistance to local & multinational clients in every step of the way.

Marina is fluent in Greek and English, while having at the same time an intermediate level of knowledge in Italian, German and Spanish. In her free time, apart from learning new languages, which is her favourite pastime, she enjoys reading both foreign and Greek literature and taking dancing classes. She strongly believes that travel has soul-healing properties, and, thus, tries to visit as many places as possible.

Despite all this travelling, you will find her at Comergon during office hours, mostly.
