Maria Belehaki
Maria was born in Athens, Greece in 1987. She graduated from the 2nd Kastella General High School in 2005 and moved on to study Civil Engineering at The Technical Educational Institute οf Athens [BEng 2006 – 2011].
Her first step in her profession career was at the Piraeus Port Authority (ΟLP), and specifically in the Technical Department of Topography Diagrams where she was responsible for the recording of topographic data and conducting public tenders for technical works (2010 – 2011).
She then moved on to ‘Symvoli’ educational center where she worked in the Marketing & Promotions Department (2007 – 2012), then moving on to the position of the general secretary (2012 – 2013). She then explored a new position at Greenwoods Insurance Brokers as secretary in order to practice her internship. During this period she was able to develop abilities specific to Marine Insurance (2015).
In 2016 she joined ‘Poukamisas Group’ where she assumed an administrative role in the Department of Network Operations (2016 – 2018). Eventually, she was promoted to the role of the Manager of Social Media in the Marketing Department of the company.
Maria joined Comergon in 2018, assuming the position of Associate in the Employee Benefits Team. Her diligence and commitment lead to her being promoted to the position of Supervisor. She currently manages several significant local and international Employee Benefits accounts.
Maria fluently speaks Greek and English. She is a poetry lover but also reads books of many different titles but most importantly she also writes novels and poetry. She enjoys photography, plays the guitar and loves to take short term excursions especially when hiking is involved.
